Refund policy

We stand behind the quality of our hearing aids while maintaining strict quality control standards. Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of purchase, only if the hearing aids remain in their original, unopened packaging. Once the package seal is broken or the product is opened, it cannot be returned.

Important details about our return policy:

- Returns are only accepted within 30 days of the purchase date, with proof of purchase required
- Products must be in their original, unopened packaging with all seals intact
- Opening the package voids the ability to return the product
- A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Gift cards are non-refundable
- HearWell Care+ insurance is non-refundable
- Returns are limited to one item per client
- Subsequent purchases of previously returned items are not eligible for return

Returns Process

To return unopened hearing aids within the 30-day period, please follow these steps:

Important: Returns shipped without an RMA number clearly marked on the outer packaging will not be processed and will result in forfeiture of the package.

1. Contact Us: Email support@hearwellgroup.com within 30 days of purchase. Include your order number and purchase date.

2. Obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): We will verify your purchase date and eligibility, then provide an RMA number and return shipping address.

3. Package Your Return: 
   - The hearing aid package must be completely sealed and unopened
   - Write your order number and RMA number on the outer shipping box/envelope
   - Do not write on or damage the original product packaging
   - Include all original materials

4. Refund Processing: Upon receipt, we will:
   - Verify the package is unopened and seals are intact
   - Process your refund to the original payment method
   - Deduct the 25% restocking fee and original shipping costs
   - Complete processing within 5-7 business days

Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

HearWell Group 1 Year Warranty

At HearWell Group, we've got you covered for the first year (365 days) after your hearing aids arrive. If your devices malfunction, or experience any issues, we'll either repair them or provide a replacement (which may be refurbished) to ensure you can continue to enjoy your improved hearing without any worries.

Important Warranty Information:

  1. Contact Us First: If you experience any issues with your hearing aids, it's crucial that you reach out to our customer support team before sending any products back. We will assist you from there and provide specific instructions.
  2. Provide Identification Information: When contacting us, please provide your order number, shipping address, or any other information that can help us identify your order. This ensures we can assist you more efficiently.
  3. Contact Method: You can reach our support team at support@hearwellgroup.com.
  4. Do Not Send Products Without Authorization: Sending products back without first contacting us and opening a ticket within our system may result in lost packages. We cannot guarantee that unauthorized returns will be found or processed without proper tracking and documentation.
  5. Repair or Replacement: Depending on the issue, we will either repair your hearing aids or provide a replacement. Replacements may be refurbished devices of equal or better quality.
  6. Free Service: We'll provide up to one repair or replacement free of charge within the first year of purchase.
  7. Additional Services: In the unlikely event that you need further repairs or replacements within the first year, we're still here for you. While additional services will not be free, we'll only charge a small fee of $50 to $100 (depending on the model) to partially cover our costs.
  8. Support Throughout Your Journey: Our friendly and dedicated support team is always ready to assist you throughout your hearing journey.
